The Sun Webquest

We have been learning all about the sun during science. To review what we have learned, we worked on a webquest during computer lab. I have attached the link in case anyone wanted to check it out. The webquest has many interesting tidbits...check it out!

A Group of Singers...

5th Grade had the opportunity to sing in the choir this morning. What a wonderful job they did! They must be singing those hymns at home :)

We're Back!

It was an amazing First Day of School! WOW! Time flew by for us!  We started the day with a get to know you activity Whoonu. We then learned about our community circle procedures and participated in our first one. We talked about our classroom mission statement and made our recipe for success for this school year.

I am so excited to work with this awesome class of 5th grade students. I know that we will have a wonderful year!
